ALERT: Vehicles damaged while parked outside apartment complex in Clare town
Incidents of criminal damage happened late at night in Shannon
Gardaí in Shannon have launched an investigation after a number of parked vehicles were damaged outside an apartment complex in the town.
In an appeal for witnesses, they say the three vehicles were damaged at the Kincora Apartments at Tullyvarraga sometime between 11pm on Thursday, February 6 and 4.20am the following morning.
"Whilst on mobile patrol, gardaí discovered criminal damage had been caused to three vehicles parked at the Kincora Apartments. The damaged vehicles included a white Fiat Ducato van, a beige Toyota Yaris and a red Toyota Auris," said crime prevention officer, Sergeant Catriona Holohan.
Anyone who witnessed any of the incidents, heard a noise, saw anything suspicious near the Kincora Apartments or who observed anyone leaving are asked to contact Shannon garda station on 061 365900.
Anyone with CCTV, dash-cam or doorbell footage are asked to make the footage available to investigating gardai.
