Uninsured and disqualified driver caught with 'dangerously defective' elements on untaxed car
'The driver had no insurance but sure how could he - he was disqualified from driving'
A car has been seized after gardaí found it with multiple road safety infractions.
Gardaí in Navan picked up the car (pictured) on their number plate recognition system for having no tax or NCT.
In a statement on social media, gardaí said: "The driver had no insurance but sure how could he - he was disqualified from driving."
It was also noted by the patrolling gardaí that both front tyres of the vehicle were also "dangerously defective".
