'No craic': Fans call out Van Morrison for 'poor' Cork performance
Van Morrison played Live at the Marquee
Some fans were left disappointed by Van Morrison's performance in Cork last night.
Van Morrison performed Live at the Marquee on Friday, but not all fans were impressed by his performance.
One social media user attended the gig and shared their frustration on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Tonight went to Van Morrison in Cork. Love his music. But I can't lie was poor. He didn't engage yet alone speak to the crowd. Played 2 songs that were crowd pleasers. Started at 8. Left at 930. There was music but no Craic. Such a pity," they wrote.
Another Van Morrison fan agreed that the performance was 'disappointing'.
"I think it's fair to say that your opinion was shared by many tonight. I was so disappointed not to have heard some of my favourites. Most people were standing around chatting", another user agreed.
