Gardaí stop driver who hasn't 'learned'

GARDAÍ have stopped a car for the third time in one month on the roads.

The car was stopped by Drogheda Roads Policing, the driver has been an unaccompanied learner driver each time. 

The vehicle had two bald tyres and no tax. 

The car was sized and the driver is set to start a penalty point disqualification.
