'Fined on the spot' - Speeding learner's motorbike seized after major traffic violations

Gardaí have seized the motorbike of a learner driver caught speeding.
The Roads Policing Unit in South Dublin were checking speed on the R136 when they picked up this motorcyclist travelling 31kp/h over the limit.
Gardaí confirmed: "He was a learner driver without plates displayed, had no insurance or tax.
"We seized the bike and [he] was fined on the spot."
